Isaiah truly believes in functional training, he won't have you do anything he hasn't thought through or found a purpose for. He will keep your heart rate up, keep you laughing, and keep you sweating the whole time. Drop in and check it out for yourself!


Power Hour


Tuesday Thursday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Instructors: Patrick Thomas and Mikala Young

Power Hour is all about learning the basics with barbells and dumbbells in a fun and supportive team atmosphere. Finish each workout with functional cardio like pushing sleds, slamming med balls, and sprinting. This is a great way to get introduced to the power lifter, basic strength training and the Ironside gym.
