Spring Challenge Details
Get unstuck. Learn proven diet strategies for a sustainable lifestyle and breakthrough your fat loss plateaus. This challenge is the perfect jumpstart into spring / summer. It'll run for 4-5 weeks. You'll have weekly check ins with Lauren where you'll send progress pics and go over your meal plan/ macros and anything nutrition related! You'll workout with Mikala 2x a week at classes that are specifically created to strengthen and tone your whole body while losing body fat.
A consistent workout and nutrition regimen go HAND IN HAND for any healthy, balanced lifestyle! Our ultimate goal is to help you jumpstart your health and teach you things that you'll be able to take away and incorporate independently once the challenge is over.
