With 8 years of experience as a personal trainer, group instructor, and small group coach, Alisha Stone brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to strength training. She holds certifications in CPT, USA Weightlifting (USAW Level 1, soon to be Level 2), and the Barbell Rehab Method, and specializes in helping clients develop strength, mobility, and skill in foundational movement patterns.
Alisha is passionate about guiding people beyond what they think they're capable of—believing that real strength is about more than just lifting heavier, it’s about building self-belief and creating lasting change in all areas of life. She meets clients where they are and challenges them to grow, with a coaching style rooted in both science and empathy.
