CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel your membership, please fill out the form below. You must provide a 30-day advance notice for canceling, meaning 30 days before the start of the next billing cycle. If fewer than 30 days of advance notice are given, you will be billed for the following month.

CHANGE POLICY:

To make changes to your membership (pro-rates, holds, upgrades, downgrades), please fill out the form below. You must provide a 10-day advance notice for membership changes to be processed for the next month.
