At Ironside, we don’t just preach about creating an athlete mindset - we successfully grow athletes.

The Ironside Weightlifting team trains competitively and represents the gym at local and regional meets, participating in the greater Pacific Northwest Weightlifting community.

  • Devon Kell

    Devon has his Masters of Arts in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from The University of South Dakota and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA.

  • Gretchen Leigh

    Gretchen Leigh is a weightlifting, powerlifting, and strength & conditioning coach with decades of experience in a variety of movement modalities. She takes a holistic approach to coaching and believes deeply there is a home in strength training for everyone who would like to find one.
