Ironside Training Beaverton is an 8,000 sq ft premium facility geared toward small group semi-private training and open gym formats. This gym is designed with highly optimized spaces and competition-grade equipment for powerlifting, strength training, and olympic style weightlifting.

  • Devon Kell

    Devon has his Masters of Arts in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from The University of South Dakota and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA.

  • Brianna "B" Aragon

    Brianna is a strength and conditioning coach with a background in powerlifting, competitive sports, massage therapy, and pole dancing. She is passionate about empowering her clients to find and nurture their inner athleticism.

  • Jabo Nguyen

    Jabo is a USAW Weightlifting Level 1 Coach who has been competing nationally in weightlifting for almost 6 years. He enjoys helping clients maximize their athleticism through traditional strength and conditioning as well as helping lifters master the Olympic weightlifting movements.

  • Alisha Stone

    With 8 years of experience as a personal trainer, group instructor, and small group coach, Alisha Stone brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to strength training. She specializes in helping clients develop strength, mobility, and skill in foundational movement patterns.

  • Brady Cable

    Brady Cable is a strength coach specializing in powerlifting and has been coaching for over 7 years. In addition to coaching barbell strength training, Brady has extensive knowledge of pain management and teaching the foundations of body mechanics.

  • Zach Mayer

    Zach is a weightlifting & strength coach with over seven years of coaching experience working with a variety of populations and modalities. He believes a foundation in strength is not only essential for training or sport, but is also a key component in overall wellbeing.
