What’s it like?

Our programs are periodized over the calendar year to support our athletes in all phases of training, from general physical preparedness to strength to volume to competition peaking. We plan our year around local and national competitions and move the team through personally tailored programming accordingly, so each athlete is both working pushing their individual fitness while knowing the rest of the team is right there with them in the cycle.

Why is the method better than other training formats?

At Ironside, we have experienced coaches, thoughtful programming, and an enthusiastic multi-sport community that shows up every day, ready to work hard and cheer each other on. With options for individual coaching, 24hr equipment access to complete your programming, and competition support from our coaches, we are set up to help you reach your goals!

Is it hard?

When our team comes in to lift, we are truly there to train, to practice, and to work hard. Rest assured, our coaches are there to help make sure you also have fun along the way! Failure is part of the process - what matters is that we keep getting back up, learning, and trying again.

Why Small Group vs. Individual Training Format?

Small group training provides many of the benefits of personal training and many of the benefits of group fitness classes. With programming tailored to you, an experienced coach who is versed in your body and your needs present with you, and a room full of other athletes to chat with, commiserate with, learn from, and cheer for, small group training has it all.
