Brady Cable is a strength coach specializing in powerlifting and has been coaching for over 7 years. In addition to coaching barbell strength training, Brady has extensive knowledge of pain management and teaching the foundations of body mechanics. Brady was instrumental in creating one of the most widely recognized workshops on how to move safely and efficiently under a loaded barbell.

Competing at his first meet in 2014, Brady realized that barbell training was something he wanted to pursue in his career and education and to share with others. While attending Bemidji State University for exercise science, and concurrently completing a personal trainer certification, Brady eventually relocated to Portland to begin working and gaining hands-on-experience in the field.

Since then, Brady has coached athletes ranging from those just starting with the barbell all the way up to lifters competing at high level meets like the US Open and USAPL Nationals. Additionally, Brady has continued to compete himself for the last 8 years as a 110kg powerlifter and has competed all the way up to national level meets.

Brady has a passion for helping clients discover the benefits of barbell training and achieve levels of strength they never thought possible.
