Brianna is a strength and conditioning coach with a background in powerlifting, competitive sports, massage therapy, and pole dancing. This diverse background of experience informs her approach to training and enables her to interface seamlessly with a wide variety of clientele. She is passionate about empowering her clients to find and nurture their inner athleticism.
She has lived in Portland for over a decade and, while transitioning into the fitness space, continues to be a service industry veteran. Her experience as a bartender translates into strong communication skills, which allow her to both empathize with each client's needs while still motivating them to challenge themselves. Additionally, as a trained massage therapist, Brianna has a keen understanding of body mechanics and physiology which allows her to design programs that prioritize both strength and injury prevention while promoting long-term progress and body awareness.
Brianna's own fitness journey began as a competitive swimmer in high school and pole dancing in her twenties, which eventually led her to powerlifting and strength training. This unique path gives her valuable perspective on how strength sports can transform both body and mindset.
