We recently ran our first Intro to Powerlifting Series of 2025 - and since it received such a great response, we’ve decided to roll them out on a more regular basis!
This workshop is for you if:
- You have little experience with barbell training, and want to explore that modality 
- You’ve been strength training/Powerlifting for a minute & are seeking to take it a step further! 
- You’re looking for more guidance and support, in your technique and programming 
- You’re curious about competing, and want to dip your toes into it! 
Coach Ashley focuses on tailoring unique learning styles, uplifting your capabilities, and keeping the weights heavy + the environment light! She’s here to help guide you, wherever you may be starting from.

- $160 for the whole workshop ($20/session) 
- Wednesday evenings & Saturday mornings, starting March 5th 
- A Mock Meet on 03/29 to complete the experience! 
- Learn the basics of barbell training - squat, bench press, and deadlift - as well as Powerlifting techniques + programming
